Samsung Launches Graduate Program to Nurture Future Innovators in the UAE
Samsung Gulf Electronics has launched its SGE Graduate Program to support youth employment and foster the next generation of leaders. The program, which attracted over 2,000 applicants, will provide 12 selected graduates with a one-year placement at Samsung Gulf Electronics, offering hands-on experience across various fields such as artificial intelligence, mobile technology, and data analytics.
Participants will contribute to key departments like Direct to Consumer, Corporate Marketing, Customer Service, Legal, and People, allowing them to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations. Joao Ferreira, Head of People Division at Samsung Gulf Electronics, expressed excitement about the program’s potential to shape future leaders, stating, “We’re committed to investing in the next generation of leaders in the UAE, and our SGE Graduate Program provides a unique platform for young professionals to hone their leadership and technical skills.”

The final cohort was selected after a thorough assessment of their technical abilities and soft skills in problem-solving, communication, and proficiency.
