RTA's delegation consisted of Mohammed Obaid Al Mulla, Member of the Board of Executive Directors, Ahmed Hashem Bahrozyan, CEO of Licensing Agency, and Dr. Yousef Al Ali, CEO of Dubai Taxi Corporation, in addition to five pertinent directors and other concerned personnels.
