Open Innovation AI Showcases Sovereign AI with Global Tech Leaders at GITEX Global 2025
Open Innovation AI is set to spotlight sovereign AI at GITEX Global 2025, taking place from October 13–17, 2025, at the Dubai World Trade Centre. In collaboration with e&, Dell Technologies, Intel, Cisco, Pure Storage, and SUSE, the company will demonstrate how enterprises and public sector organizations can fast-track their AI transformation through trusted, production-ready software platforms.
The highlight of the participation includes a panel discussion featuring Dr. Rachid Belmeskine, Co-Founder and CTO of Open Innovation AI, alongside SUSE, focusing on “Accelerating AI Infrastructure Orchestration with Rancher and OICM.”
AI Beyond Pilots: From Infrastructure to Sovereignty
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Abed Benaichouche, Co-Founder and CEO of Open Innovation AI, said, “AI has evolved far beyond pilot projects — it’s now about real-world, large-scale deployment. Governments and enterprises are seeking secure, sovereign, and high-performance AI infrastructure that guarantees data privacy, model ownership, and national control. This shift is driving a new era of AI-optimized infrastructure where performance, efficiency, and sustainability are as critical as model accuracy.”
Open Innovation AI’s solutions aim to empower organizations to build and scale sovereign AI systems in partnership with global technology leaders under a unified and trusted platform.
Solving AI Deployment Challenges with OICM
Dr. Belmeskine further highlighted the challenges enterprises face: “Fragmented infrastructure forces IT teams to stitch together multiple clusters and tools, while underutilized GPUs waste nearly 40% of compute capacity. Compliance barriers restrict data processing in public clouds, and vendor lock-in limits flexibility. Open Innovation AI was built to solve these challenges end-to-end.”
At GITEX Global 2025, the company will showcase how its innovative solutions — including Open Innovation Cluster Manager (OICM), OI Agents, OI Code, and OI Chat — enable organizations to achieve operational efficiency and full sovereignty over data, models, and infrastructure. These solutions help move AI from pilots to production, at scale and on the organization’s terms.
Private Technical Sessions for Enterprises
As part of its participation, Open Innovation AI will host exclusive private technical sessions for enterprises and government leaders. These sessions will explore how the sovereign AI stack can optimize GPU efficiency, accelerate the deployment of large language models (LLMs) and AI agents, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide an end-to-end roadmap from prototype to production.
Executives from Open Innovation AI will be available across multiple partner stands at GITEX Global 2025:
-
e& (Hall 1)
-
SUSE (Hall 8, Booth C30)
-
Pure Storage (Hall 5, Booth B30)
-
Dell/Intel (Hall H6, Booth A10)
Through these collaborations, Open Innovation AI continues to drive the conversation on sovereign, scalable, and sustainable AI ecosystems that align with national data protection priorities and enterprise innovation goals.
