Ohana Development shines with triple win at the Arabian Property Awards 2025

Ohana Development, a leading real estate developer recognized for its luxury residential projects, achieved a major milestone at the Arabian Property Awards 2025, securing victories in all three categories it entered. The wins reinforce the company’s growing reputation as a key player in shaping Abu Dhabi’s most prestigious waterfront and mixed-use communities.

The spotlight was on two of Ohana’s flagship projects. Jacob & Co. Beachfront Living by Ohana in Al Jurf, Abu Dhabi, won awards for Mixed Use Development for Abu Dhabi and Residential Property for Abu Dhabi. Meanwhile, ELIE SAAB Waterfront by Ohana, an architectural landmark on Reem Island developed in collaboration with global fashion house ELIE SAAB, earned the award for Residential High-Rise Development for Abu Dhabi.

Both projects also received the coveted five-star rating, the highest distinction within their respective categories, underscoring Ohana Development’s commitment to excellence and refined living. The awards were accepted by Bilal El Chamaa, Chief Design Officer, and Sara Mousa, Head of Interior Design.
