Moro Hub, a subsidiary of Digital DEWA – the digital arm of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (PJSC) – has announced a strategic agreement with OpenText™ (NASDAQ/TSX: OTEX), a global leader in Information Management. The agreement authorizes Moro Hub to resell OpenText’s AI-powered solutions and services across the UAE, reinforcing a joint commitment to advancing the ‘We the UAE 2031 Vision’.

As part of this collaboration, Moro Hub will integrate OpenText’s comprehensive technology suite, including Content Services, Digital Experience platforms, Security, and Advanced Analytics, into its offerings. These solutions will enable UAE public and private sector organizations to modernize their infrastructure, enhance data-driven decision-making, and support national digital transformation goals.
