MBRF Participates in 75th Frankfurt Book Fair with Knowledge Initiatives and Panel Discussions
The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation (MBRF) is set to participate in the 75th edition of the Frankfurt Book Fair from October 16 to 20, 2024. Representing the UAE at the global event, MBRF will present a comprehensive agenda featuring panel discussions and knowledge-sharing activities to foster international collaboration in knowledge dissemination and innovation.
As part of its participation, MBRF will host a series of expert-led sessions under the "KnowTalks" initiative, focusing on knowledge development challenges and exploring opportunities for sustainable knowledge ecosystems. Other initiatives, such as the Dubai International Program for Writing (DIPW) and the Digital Knowledge Hub (DKH), will also be showcased, emphasizing MBRF’s commitment to nurturing intellectual growth and sustainable learning.
His Excellency Jamal bin Huwaireb, CEO of MBRF, highlighted the significance of the foundation's participation: “Our involvement in the Frankfurt Book Fair underlines our global role in knowledge exchange and development. This prestigious platform allows us to expand partnerships, promote multilingual knowledge initiatives, and contribute to global knowledge ecosystems focused on sustainability and innovation.”
As one of the world's foremost gatherings for the publishing industry, the Frankfurt Book Fair attracts over 7,500 participants from 100+ countries. The event is anticipated to host over 280,000 visitors, with discussions covering a wide array of topics in publishing, digital learning, and the future of knowledge-sharing.
