Mai Dubai Showcases Digital HR Leadership with Moro Hub and SAP SuccessFactors Alliance

Mai Dubai has announced the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF), a major step in its digital HR transformation journey. The project, delivered in partnership with Moro Hub—a subsidiary of Digital DEWA—and SAP, equips Mai Dubai with a modern cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) platform designed to enhance efficiency across core HR, talent acquisition, and payroll processes.

The launch was celebrated at a special event attended by senior leaders and partners, including Marwan Zeineddine, Managing Director of SAP UAE; Mohammed Bin Sulaiman, CEO of Moro Hub; and Abraham Kah, CEO of Mai Dubai. The implementation was hailed as a benchmark for digital excellence and operational efficiency in the FMCG and utilities sectors.

This advancement improves HR efficiency, boosts employee satisfaction, and supports the company’s long-term digital growth.
