Lucidya Receives SAR 5 Million Grant from Saudi Arabia’s National Technology Development Program
Lucidya, the leading AI-driven customer experience management (CXM) platform in the Arab world, has secured a SAR 5 million (approximately USD 1.3 million) grant from Saudi Arabia’s National Technology Development Program (NTDP). This development marks a significant step forward for the company as it strengthens its market presence and accelerates regional growth initiatives.
The NTDP, overseen by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), supports high-potential technology companies that contribute to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. The grant is expected to help Lucidya enhance its suite of AI-powered products, scale operations, and enter new markets beyond the Kingdom.
The announcement coincides with the launch of the second phase of MCIT’s Source Tech initiative, which seeks to localize software development, outsourcing, and communication services within the Kingdom. The broader aim is to transform Saudi Arabia into a global digital innovation hub and diversify its economy through technological advancements.
Ziyad Binsulaiman, Business Development Director at Lucidya, emphasized the importance of the grant, stating:
“Lucidya is positioned to accelerate its growth trajectory and contribute to Saudi Arabia’s vision of becoming a global leader in technology and innovation by transforming how organizations manage customer experiences. We are honored to receive this grant, which will help us expand Lucidya’s innovative solutions across new markets and elevate the region’s CX standards.”
The funding will allow Lucidya to further invest in its AI capabilities, aiming to redefine how businesses in the region understand and respond to customer behavior in real time.
