Casim Partners with Tickstar to Deliver Peppol-Accredited eInvoicing Solutions Across the UAE
Casim, a UAE-based eInvoicing platform provider, has announced an exclusive strategic partnership with Tickstar from Xero to deliver accredited Peppol Access Point services across the UAE, strengthening support for businesses as the country prepares to implement its mandatory eInvoicing framework.
The agreement was signed during the Peppol Conference in Brussels and positions Casim as Tickstar's exclusive multi-year partner for global businesses seeking to establish compliant eInvoicing operations in the UAE.
Through the collaboration, Casim combines Tickstar's internationally recognised Peppol infrastructure with its local expertise as both a Peppol Certified Service Provider and a UAE Ministry of Finance Pre-approved eInvoicing Service Provider.
The partnership comes at a significant stage in the UAE's digital transformation agenda as the country advances the rollout of mandatory electronic invoicing. By leveraging Tickstar's global Peppol network, Casim will provide businesses operating in the UAE and international markets with secure, compliant and seamless eInvoicing connectivity.
In addition to accredited Peppol access, Casim's platform offers enterprise software integration, advanced compliance validation and centralised group-wide invoice management, enabling organisations to meet evolving regulatory requirements while streamlining financial operations.
Commenting on the partnership, Stuart McKechnie, Chief Executive Officer of Casim, said the collaboration marks a major milestone for both the company and the UAE's eInvoicing ecosystem.
"The partnership with Tickstar is a landmark moment for Casim and for eInvoicing in the UAE. By combining Tickstar's world-class Peppol infrastructure with Casim's deep understanding of the UAE regulatory landscape, we are giving businesses a solution that is not only technically robust but purpose-built for this market. The partnership sets the framework for wider GCC expansion as Casim's footprint grows throughout the region," McKechnie said.
Perry Liolios, Global Sales Manager at Tickstar, highlighted Casim's strong local presence and technical capabilities as key factors behind the collaboration.
"Casim is exactly the kind of partner we look for, deeply embedded in the local market, technically capable and with a clear focus on customer outcomes. The UAE is one of the most dynamic eInvoicing markets and we are delighted to partner with Casim to bring accredited Peppol connectivity to businesses in the region," Liolios said.
The partnership is expected to support organisations of all sizes in complying with the UAE's upcoming eInvoicing requirements while providing a scalable platform for future expansion across GCC markets.
