Indian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (IIQS) Dayofdubai Cricket Tourney '15: VAL TORQUE forces DANWAY into a spin to emerge WINNERS
The First Edition of the annual IIQS Cricket Tournament - 2015 (Indoor) held yesterday (Dec 11) at United Pro Sports was contested between 8 competitive teams particularly Val Torque, Danway, Nakheel, Al Ahmediah Contracting, Continental Insurance, Spartans, IIQS and AIQS.
The tournament saw a few of the best indoor cricket players show their skills and each team giving their best. After the conclusion of the round robin matches the top 2 Teams of each group played for the CUP Championship and the bottom 2 Teams played for the Plate Championship.
The Cup Championship was won by the fantastic VAL TORQUE team who easily beat DANWAY in the Finals. Val Torque lead by their Captain Vineet Shah, comprised gamers who have dipped into global and highest level of domestic circuit, who enthralled the audience with their supreme abilities.
The Plate Championship was won by Al Ahmediah Contracting who beat AIQS in a closely contested finals.
