Grandweld Shipyards Delivers Advanced FNSA 7 Vessel to Fujairah National Shipping LLC, Enhancing Regional Maritime Industry

Grandweld Shipyards, a leading integrated shipyard in the maritime and offshore industries, has successfully delivered its latest state-of-the-art vessel, the FNSA 7, to Fujairah National Shipping LLC. This milestone reflects Grandweld's commitment to innovation and excellence in shipbuilding, aligning with the UAE’s Vision 2031, which seeks to establish the country as a global leader in trade, shipping, and related activities.

The FNSA 7 is a multi-mission, high-performance vessel built on Grandweld Shipyards' renowned GrandSuperior design. It is equipped with an advanced real-time remote monitoring system and a comprehensive digitalization package, making it compliant with the rigorous standards of major offshore oil operations such as ADNOC and ARAMCO. These features are designed to maximize operational efficiency and minimize environmental impact, demonstrating Grandweld's dedication to sustainability and technological advancement.

Jamal Abki, General Manager of Grandweld Shipyards, highlighted the importance of this delivery, stating, "The delivery of our GrandSuperior class vessel to Fujairah National Shipping LLC marks an important milestone for Grandweld Shipyards, reflecting our shared goals of innovation, technological advancements, and sustainability. This achievement also ties in with the UAE government's Federal Decree-Law No. 43 of 2023 on Maritime Law, effective from March 29, 2024, under which Grandweld Shipyards has played a key role in modernizing the legal framework for maritime activities to align with international standards.
