Global Partners has announced two branded residential projects in collaboration with Marriott International at Dubai Creek, marking a significant addition to the city’s premium real estate landscape.

The development, part of Global Partners’ second flagship real estate fund, introduces a dual-branded living concept that blends wellness-focused design with vibrant, lifestyle-driven experiences.

Two iconic Marriott brands debut in UAE residences

The projects will feature residences under two of Marriott’s globally recognised brands:

  1. Westin – focused on wellness-centric living
  2. Renaissance Hotels – offering a culturally immersive and expressive lifestyle

This marks the first time both Westin and Renaissance branded residences are being introduced in the UAE, creating a unique dual living offering within one community.

Meanwhile, Jaidev Menezes noted that the projects will bring distinct lifestyle experiences, with Westin focusing on wellbeing and Renaissance on creativity and discovery.
