FTI Consulting announces Senior Managing Director promotions in the Middle East
FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) has announced the promotion of 53 professionals globally to the role of Senior Managing Director, including seven experts based in the Middle East. The promotions took effect on January 1, 2026.
The newly promoted leaders in the region represent key practice areas, reflecting FTI Consulting’s continued expansion and strengthening of its advisory capabilities in the Middle East. All seven appointees are based in Dubai and play senior roles within the firm’s Corporate Finance & Restructuring and Economic Consulting practices.
Commenting on the global promotions, Steven H. Gunby, President and Chief Executive Officer of FTI Consulting, said the newly appointed Senior Managing Directors embody the firm’s commitment to excellence and client impact. He noted that the promotions highlight FTI Consulting’s focus on developing leaders who deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and contribute positively to the wider marketplace.

James Church-Morley, Economic Consulting;
Ravi Dhanak, Corporate Finance & Restructuring;
Adham Shkeir, Corporate Finance & Restructuring;
Naishadh Soneta, Corporate Finance & Restructuring; and
Sameep Uchil, Corporate Finance & Restructuring.
