Fourth Phase of Riviera by Azizi Developments Reaches 87% Completion Milestone
Azizi Developments, a prominent private real estate developer in the UAE, has announced significant progress in the fourth phase of Riviera, their French Mediterranean-inspired waterfront community. Within this phase, Azizi Azure stands out with its construction now 76% finished. The structural work is fully complete at 100%, while blockwork and internal plastering have reached 98%. The HVAC systems, MEP installations, and overall finishes are progressing well at 94%, 86%, and 56%, respectively. Other buildings in the fourth phase also show significant progress, with completion rates ranging from 81% to 96%.
