Finstreet Launches First Regulated Digital Trading Venue for Public and Private Securities in ADGM
Finstreet, a subsidiary of Rorix Holdings and part of the IHC Group, is set to launch the first fully regulated digital platform for trading both public and private securities in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). The platform will be supported by eight licenses granted by ADGM’s Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA), including a Securities Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF), Digital Settlement Facility (DSF), Central Securities Depository (CSD), and Private Financing Platform (PFP).
Finstreet’s digital ecosystem, backed by its three subsidiaries, will offer professional investors a comprehensive, end-to-end platform covering the lifecycle of financial assets—from issuance to trading, settlement, and custody. The initiative aims to revolutionize the capital markets sector by combining traditional finance with blockchain technology.
Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Executive Chairman of Rorix Holdings, emphasized the importance of the platform, stating, "Finstreet’s digitized exchange platform will provide markets with a holistic approach to international trade, setting a new standard in global capital markets."
H.E. Ahmed Jasim Al Zaabi, Chairman of ADGM, highlighted the platform's significance in positioning Abu Dhabi as a leading global financial hub. "This launch underscores ADGM’s dedication to innovation and solidifies our strategic vision of placing Abu Dhabi at the center of global finance," he said.
Ajay Hans Raj Bhatia, CEO of Sirius International Holding and Managing Director of Finstreet, added, "This initiative strengthens the UAE's economic diversification efforts, offering new infrastructure for capital raising and investment opportunities."
Finstreet’s platform will cater to both regional and international investors, further integrating the UAE into the global financial landscape.
