Eurowings Expands UAE Services and Adds New Routes to Saudi Arabia and Egypt
Eurowings, the value airline of Lufthansa Group, has announced a significant expansion of its network with new routes and increased frequencies in its 2024/25 winter schedule. The expanded services aim to enhance connectivity between Germany, the Middle East, and Northern Africa, providing travelers with more flexibility and fostering cultural exchanges across the regions.
Expanded Flights to Dubai
Building on its successful operations between Germany and Dubai, Eurowings will double its flight frequencies to the UAE. Starting this winter, the airline will offer:
- Daily flights from Berlin to Dubai
- Up to four weekly flights from Stuttgart to Dubai
- Three weekly flights from Cologne-Bonn to Dubai, a newly introduced route
These enhanced services are expected to cater to the increasing demand for leisure and business travel to Dubai, a leading global destination.
New Routes to Jeddah and Cairo
In addition to expanding Dubai services, Eurowings is launching new routes to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and Cairo, Egypt, further solidifying its presence in the region:
- Jeddah: Three weekly flights from Berlin and Cologne-Bonn, connecting travelers to a vital gateway for Islamic pilgrimages and a dynamic hub for leisure and business.
- Cairo: Two weekly flights from Düsseldorf, offering passengers seamless access to the historic Egyptian capital and its rich cultural heritage.
