DXB LIVE, the integrated event management arm of Dubai World Trade Centre, recorded 33% growth in business volume in 2025, delivering services across 442 events spanning exhibitions, conferences, entertainment, and community initiatives.

The company’s portfolio included 84 exhibitions, 16 conferences, 26 entertainment and sports events, and 186 outdoor activations, reflecting strong demand for large-scale, integrated event solutions across the UAE and beyond.

In the exhibitions segment, DXB LIVE played a key role in organising international events such as World of Coffee Dubai, whose fourth edition attracted around 17,000 visitors from 78 countries. The event has expanded significantly in recent years, with its 2025 edition covering 20,000 square metres, marking a 30% increase compared to the previous year.

The company also extended its regional footprint by organising the Bahrain Coffee Festival in partnership with the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority, drawing more than 10,000 visitors to its inaugural edition.

In the conferences sector, DXB LIVE delivered 16 major international events, including the General Conference of the International Council of Museums, representing over 50,000 members worldwide, and the Congress of the Universal Postal Union, which includes 192 member countries.

Among the standout events, the World Police Summit, organised in collaboration with Dubai Police, recorded significant growth, attracting 53,922 visitors from more than 110 countries—an increase of over 300% compared to its previous edition.

DXB LIVE also supported a wide range of scientific and industry-focused events, including the MEIDAM International Conference for dermatology and aesthetics, alongside expanding its presence internationally with new editions hosted in Morocco.

In exhibition design and build, the company delivered 286 custom stands covering approximately 450,000 square feet, including 44 stands across 13 global cities such as Germany, Singapore, India, and the United Kingdom.

On the cultural front, DXB LIVE organised community-focused initiatives including Hatta Cultural Nights for the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, as well as the Hatta Gatherings programme in collaboration with the Community Development Authority and Brand Dubai.

Khalid Al Hammadi, Executive Vice President of DXB LIVE, said the company’s performance reflects its growing role in supporting the regional events industry through integrated, innovation-led solutions. He added that increasing trust from international organisers continues to drive expansion both locally and globally.

Throughout 2025, the company also contributed to major exhibitions including GITEX Global, Gulfood, Arabian Travel Market, and Automechanika Dubai, among others.

A major highlight was the Global Encounters Festival, hosted at the Dubai World Trade Centre, which spanned 120,000 square metres and attracted more than 100,000 visitors from 85 countries. The nine-day event featured 4,000 artists and athletes, supported by 15 stages and extensive digital installations, further reinforcing Dubai’s reputation as a global destination for large-scale events.

DXB LIVE’s achievements were also recognised at the Middle East Event Awards 2025, where it secured three honours, including Best Community Event for Hatta Cultural Nights and Best Stand Design and Build for a project at Medlab.

As global demand for experiential events continues to rise, DXB LIVE’s expansion highlights Dubai’s growing influence as a leading international hub for exhibitions, conferences, and large-scale events.
