Dubai RTA Announces Alternative Routes for Cycling Race on March 15-16
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced alternative routes for motorists as Dubai hosts the 12th edition of the Nad Al Sheba Sports Tournament 2025. The 73km cycling race will take place on March 15 and 16 around the Meydan Racecourse, from 9:30 PM to 12:30 AM.
Traffic Management Plan
To ensure smooth traffic flow and minimize disruptions, the RTA has designated alternative routes for affected roads, including:
- Al Meydan Road
- Al Manama Street
Motorists are advised to plan their trips in advance and use alternative roads to avoid delays. The RTA has urged drivers to follow traffic updates and adhere to the temporary road diversions during the event.

The Nad Al Sheba Sports Tournament is a prominent annual sporting event featuring various competitions, with the cycling race being a key highlight. The Meydan Racecourse, known for its world-class sporting infrastructure, will serve as the primary venue for this event.
