DEWAs Womens Committee launches Happier, Healthier, and Prettier Employee initiative for female staff
Dubai Electricity and Water Authority's (DEWA's) Women's Committee has actually launched the 'Happier, Healthier, and Prettier Employee' initiative for its female staff. The initiative was launched at the Women's Committee's meeting at DEWA's main office in Zabeel East. It was chaired by Khawla Al Mehairi, Vice President of Marketing & Corporate Communications at DEWA, and Chairperson of DEWA's Women's Committee.
The effort features a host of health-related, cultural, and social activities that the Women's Committee will organise over the next two months to make DEWA's female staff happier. The activities will concentrate on the significance of health for females's inner and external appeal.
"This effort supports DEWA's ongoing efforts to come with a positive and inspiring workplace for female staff, and support them to attain a balance between their expert and social lives, empower them, and promote their satisfaction and joy. This supports the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, who has observed that, 'Our job is to offer an environment that unlocks ladies's potential-- one that safeguards their dignity and femininity, helps them develop the necessary balance in their lives, and values their skills and potential. Offered this environment, I am confident that females will carry out nothing short of miracles,"" said Al Mehairi.
"By introducing such initiatives, we are producing a platform that motivates positive interaction with our ladies, raises their awareness on the significance of handling the balance between their professions with and their personal lives, and promotes their functions in social activities inside and outside DEWA," included Al Mehairi.
"The effort includes various activities, occasions, workshops, and lectures that focus on three main styles. Under the 'Healthier Employee' style, the Women's Committee will organise lectures on women's general health, skin health, and nutrition. There will likewise be an open sports day for female personnel. Under the 'Happier Employee' theme, DEWA will host popular female figures to talk about happiness, positivity, marriage, and accomplishing a balance in between work and house. The Women's Committee will likewise arrange the Happy Mothers' day, which will include a lecture for mothers, after working hours, while their children are being took care of by devoted experts. Under the 'Prettier Employee,' theme, there will be workshops on fashion and skin care. Fashion designers and popular Emirati business ladies will also deal with DEWA's women.
