BNW Developments and Radisson Hotel Group unveil first Radisson Blu Hotel and Residences at RAK Central

BNW Developments has partnered with Radisson Hotel Group to launch the first Radisson Blu Hotel and Radisson Blu Residences at RAK Central, marking a significant milestone in Ras Al Khaimah’s evolving hospitality and real estate landscape.

The unveiling event drew more than 8,000 attendees, including senior leadership from both organisations and key stakeholders from the real estate and hospitality sectors. Entertainment performances by UK band Blue and Bollywood artists Armaan Malik and Amaal Mallik followed the official announcement.

Strategic location in RAK Central

Positioned within RAK Central — the emirate’s emerging commercial and lifestyle hub — the development integrates hospitality, residences, offices, and retail into a unified live-work-play ecosystem. With Al Marjan Island anchoring Ras Al Khaimah’s leisure-driven growth, RAK Central is expected to define the emirate’s next business district.

BNW Developments, which currently has more than 10 strategic projects across Ras Al Khaimah, described the partnership as a long-term investment aligned with the emirate’s economic expansion strategy.

Built above curated retail and cinema offerings, the hotel is designed to serve both business and leisure travellers, creating a vibrant day-to-night destination.

Adjacent to the hotel, Radisson Blu Residences, RAK Central will comprise 222 branded residences, offering hotel-managed services and operational synergies with the wider development.

Strengthening branded hospitality in Ras Al Khaimah
