Azizi Developments Strengthens Broker Ecosystem with Training and Partner Recognition Initiatives

Azizi Developments has launched a comprehensive broker engagement programme focused on product training and project updates, reinforcing its commitment to strengthening relationships with channel partners across Dubai.

The initiative includes a series of training sessions running daily from Monday to Thursday until May 21, offering brokers in-depth walkthroughs of ongoing and upcoming projects. The programme aims to enhance market understanding and equip brokers with detailed insights as the developer progresses across multiple communities within its expanding portfolio.

In addition to the training sessions, Azizi Developments recently hosted its Channel Partnership Awards, bringing together agency representatives to recognise top-performing brokers and celebrate a year of collaboration.

Sehar Rafiq, Head of Channel Partners at Azizi Developments, said the initiatives highlight the company’s ongoing investment in its broker network. She noted that providing partners with strong product knowledge and project visibility enables them to effectively represent the developer’s offerings in a competitive market.

Since its establishment in 2007, Azizi Developments has delivered more than 45,000 homes across Dubai, positioning itself as a key player in the emirate’s real estate sector. The company also offers a competitive commission structure supported by transparent payment processes, further strengthening its appeal among brokerage partners.

The latest initiatives reflect a broader strategy to enhance collaboration, improve sales performance, and support sustained growth in Dubai’s dynamic property market.
