Azizi Developments, a leading private real estate developer in the UAE, has announced a strategic partnership with SAP to drive an end-to-end digital transformation of its operations. This initiative aligns with Azizi’s ambitious expansion plans, reinforcing its commitment to operational efficiency, service excellence, and cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.

As a net new customer, Azizi Developments will implement RISE with SAP Private Cloud, including SAP S/4HANA, along with a suite of SAP solutions to enhance business processes, streamline operations, and improve service delivery.

The signing ceremony took place on March 20, 2025, at Azizi Developments’ headquarters in Dubai’s Conrad Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road. It was attended by Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Group, and Sergio Maccotta, Senior Vice President, SAP Middle East and Africa – South, alongside senior executives from both entities.

A Unified Digital Strategy for Expansion

The digital transformation initiative will establish a unified digital architecture, ensuring seamless integration across departments. As Azizi expands its presence in the UAE and beyond, real-time data access and enhanced transparency will enable agile decision-making.

Azizi Developments is currently undertaking a major expansion, with plans to develop approximately 150,000 residential units. The company recently announced a AED 1 billion investment to establish 12 new factories in Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD). The integration of SAP’s digital solutions will support these growth initiatives, particularly as Azizi diversifies into hospitality and expands its portfolio of luxury hotels and world-class properties.

Beyond RISE with SAP, Azizi Developments will leverage:

• SAP SuccessFactors – Optimizing workforce management, talent acquisition, and employee performance tracking.
• SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) – Enabling real-time analytics, AI integration, and automation for increased efficiency.
• SAP Sales and Service Components – Enhancing customer engagement and service quality.
• SAP Field Service Management – Streamlining maintenance operations, resource allocation, and service delivery.
