 Azizi Developments, a prominent private developer in the UAE, has announced a strategic partnership with the multinational conglomerate Larsen & Toubro (L&T) to supply high-end MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) isolators for various major projects across Dubai. These include developments in Dubai South, MBR City, Dubai Studio City, Al Furjan, Dubai Sports City, and Dubai Healthcare City, covering notable projects such as Azizi Venice, Riviera, Azizi Vista, Azizi Central, Azizi Grand, and Creek Views III.

Larsen & Toubro, established in 1938, is renowned for its global expertise in engineering, construction, manufacturing, and technology services. The company operates across more than 50 countries and has played a pivotal role in some of the world's most ambitious infrastructure projects, including metro systems, highways, and power plants. L&T is also a significant player in defense manufacturing, contributing to national security technologies and emphasizing innovation and sustainability in its operations.

Among the projects benefiting from this collaboration is Azizi Venice, a large-scale development featuring over 36,000 residential units, including more than 100 apartment complexes and over 109 ultra-luxury mansions. Azizi Developments, as the master developer, is responsible for constructing all buildings, roads, and infrastructure within the community. Azizi Venice is highlighted by its extensive crystal-blue water lagoon, surrounded by condominium buildings, villas, and mansions, along with diverse leisure, retail, and commercial spaces.

A key attraction within Azizi Venice is the Azizi Opera, a state-of-the-art cultural venue set to become one of Dubai's most notable destinations for cultural and community events. The community also boasts a pedestrian-friendly boulevard, featuring a mix of open-air and temperature-controlled spaces lined with three-story buildings hosting top global retailers, entertainment options, and international eateries.

Azizi Venice is designed to cater to both tourists and residents, with plans to welcome over 30,000 visitors daily. The development will also include two five-star hotels at its entrances and a boutique hotel located on an island within the lagoon. Additionally, the community will feature a full-service hospital, schools, and extensive amenities focused on children's safety and entertainment.

In addition to Azizi Venice, Riviera is another flagship project by Azizi Developments, comprising 75 mid- and high-rise buildings with approximately 16,000 residences.
