Azizi Developments appoints Doka for Rêve Riviera project in Dubai
Azizi Developments has appointed Doka as the formwork and scaffolding partner for its flagship Rêve Riviera project, a multi-tower residential development in Mohammed Bin Rashid City.
The move underscores Azizi’s quality-driven approach and its focus on collaborating with global industry leaders to deliver projects with precision and speed.
Strategic partnership for a landmark development
Doka will oversee formwork and scaffolding solutions across both vertical and horizontal construction phases of the project. Rêve Riviera comprises three 26-storey towers, each designed with wave-like façades and panoramic glass elements, drawing inspiration from the French Riviera.
Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Group, highlighted the importance of the collaboration, stating that Doka’s engineering expertise and advanced systems are essential to delivering the project to the company’s high standards.

The project’s dense urban setting and ambitious timelines require highly efficient construction methodologies. According to project details, Doka’s approach focuses on:
- Minimising crane dependency
- Adapting to tight site conditions
- Maintaining fast construction cycles across all towers
The solution integrates:
- Climbing formwork systems for vertical structures
- Compact wall and slab systems for restricted spaces
- Pre-assembled table units to enhance efficiency with reduced crane use

Rêve Riviera forms part of Azizi Developments’ expansive portfolio, with approximately 150,000 units currently under construction across the UAE. The project reflects the developer’s ability to execute large-scale developments through strategic partnerships and direct project oversight.
