Azizi Developments Achieves 61% Sales for Azizi Venice

Azizi Developments, a premier private developer in the UAE, has announced the successful sale of over 61% of units in its luxurious mixed-use development, Azizi Venice, situated in Dubai South. This milestone reflects the strong market demand and the project's exceptional appeal.

Azizi Venice will feature more than 30,000 residential units across approximately 100 apartment complexes, along with over 400 luxury villas and mansions. Azizi Developments is serving as the master developer, overseeing the construction of buildings, roads, and all related infrastructure.

The development has attracted buyers from 116 nationalities, with the largest demographic being from the United Arab Emirates, followed by investors from the GCC, Europe, the UK, India, Pakistan, and other regions.
