Amity University in Dubai awards Honorary Doctorate to MD & CEO of DEWA
Dubai, UAE, 22 December 2016: Amity University in Dubai has awarded HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Electrical power and Water Authority (DEWA), with an honorary doctorate in admiration of his proceeding innovative efforts to accomplish excellence and enhance clinical knowledge and sustainability. The doctorate was granted at a graduation event kept in the University's campus in Dubai International Academic City.
HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer got the honorary doctorate from Ashok Chauhan, Founder and President of the Amity Group, before Dr Atul Chauhan, Chancellor of Amity University, the Academic Staff of the University and the graduating batch of students. The occasion was participated in by HE Dr Abdulla Al Karam, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director General of the Knowledge and Human Growth Authority (KHDA) and HE Dr Raga Essa Al Gurg, Chairperson of the Al Jalila Foundation, Vice Chairperson and Executive Director of Dubai Health care City.
