The fourth edition of the Al Marmoom: Film in the Desert Festival, hosted at the Al Marmoom Desert Conservation Reserve until 12 January, is captivating visitors with a rich agenda of interactive seminars and workshops. Under the slogan “Where Fantasy Meets Reality”, the festival’s program features over 30 engaging sessions and workshops. Highlights include:
- Documentary Filmmaking: Renowned filmmaker Nujoom Al-Ghanem shares insights into producing compelling documentaries.
- Script Development: Talal Al-Mahmoud delves into the art of drafting cinematic scripts.
- Directing Techniques: Hani Al-Shaibani outlines essential steps to transition from beginner to professional directing.
