Ajman department of tourism development to launch roadshow in India

The Ajman Department of Tourism Development (ADTD) has announced the launch of a new promotional roadshow in India, led by His Excellency Mahmood Khaleel Alhashmi, Director General of the Department. The initiative will run from September 15 to 19, 2025, with stops in New Delhi, Pune, and Kolkata.

The roadshow reflects ADTD’s ongoing commitment to expanding global cooperation and building partnerships with leading tourism operators and industry stakeholders. The program is designed to introduce India’s tourism sector to Ajman’s latest attractions and projects, while promoting the emirate as a vibrant and attractive destination.

Commenting on the initiative, H.E. Mahmood Khaleel Alhashmi said:
“Through this promotional roadshow, we seek to reaffirm our commitment to opening new opportunities for regional and international cooperation, while strengthening Ajman’s position as a leading tourist destination. This aligns with Ajman’s continuous development in the tourism and leisure sectors, under a strategic vision that supports the emirate’s long-term growth and plans.”

He added that the roadshow aims to strengthen ties with Indian tourism partners, enhance knowledge exchange, and foster sustainable tourism and economic development. “These efforts will help us highlight Ajman’s diverse landmarks, cultural attractions, and unique visitor experiences,” he noted.

The agenda will include official meetings, networking events, and presentations to showcase Ajman’s tourism offerings and share best practices with industry leaders. By targeting the Indian market, ADTD aims to enhance international awareness, increase visitor numbers, boost hotel revenues, and create job opportunities, while also attracting additional investments into the tourism sector.
