Adcoop launches Ramadan 2026 campaign to support family wellbeing and affordability

Abu Dhabi: ADCOOP, the UAE’s community-centered retail brand, has launched its Ramadan 2026 campaign, focusing on family wellbeing, community support and affordability during the Holy Month, in line with the UAE’s Year of the Family initiative.

Backed by an investment of AED 20 million, the campaign introduces wide-ranging price reductions and community programmes aimed at ensuring accessible, high-quality food and essential goods for households across the emirate during the peak seasonal period.

According to ADCOOP, shoppers will receive savings of up to 60% on more than 4,000 essential products, including 1,500 key items with dedicated price cuts. The offers will be available across physical stores and digital platforms, helping families manage higher Ramadan consumption needs.

Free Iftar meals and Ramadan essentials boxes

As part of its community outreach, ADCOOP will distribute 30,000 free Iftar meals during Ramadan. The retailer will also offer 12,000 pre-packed Ramadan essentials boxes priced at AED 99 and AED 149, available both in-store and online, to support families seeking value-based options.

The initiative is positioned as part of the brand’s broader mission of community care and shared generosity during the Holy Month.

Support for food access and humanitarian programmes

ADCOOP confirmed its continued participation in the Abu Dhabi Citizens’ Food Products Program, working with the Department of Municipalities and Transport to ensure essential items remain consistently available throughout Ramadan.

The retailer is also maintaining cooperation with the Khalifa Foundation and other local humanitarian initiatives to strengthen food accessibility across Abu Dhabi.

Empowering Emirati women entrepreneurs

Through a dedicated Ramadan Market in Shamkha, ADCOOP will showcase products created by Emirati women entrepreneurs, promoting locally made goods, heritage products and craftsmanship.

The company added that its homegrown brands will continue to prioritise UAE-grown and locally sourced produce, offering fresh essentials at competitive prices while supporting domestic production.

Digital convenience and express delivery

ADCOOP said it is expanding digital ordering and express delivery services during Ramadan through the ADCOOP app, Instashop, and Talabat, supported by an expanded online product catalogue to handle increased demand.

Bertrand Loumaye, Retail CEO of ADCOOP, said the campaign reflects the retailer’s wider social role beyond commerce.

“At ADCOOP, our role goes beyond retail. We ensure access to essential, high-quality food at prices families can rely on, especially during peak demand like Ramadan. This campaign combines scale, operational strength and purpose, delivering value while supporting national initiatives and food accessibility across the Emirate,” he said.
