UAE Nursing & Midwifery Council organizes UAE NMC Annual Scientific Committees Forum
Under the patronage of the President of the UAE Nursing as well as Midwifery Council (UAE NMC) HRH Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein, better half of H.H Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Vice-President as well as Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the UAE NMC with support from the UAE Ministry of Health, is arranging the "UAE NMC Annual Scientific Committees Forum".
The forum organized to celebrate and identify the outstanding job of the members of the UAE Nursing as well as Midwifery Scientific Committees, as well as to bring members of these committees and also the board participant of the council and stake owners together to acknowledge their payments as well as to share success as well as identify challenges as well as to picture the future.
The goal of this event is to:
1. Highlight the history and development of each scientific committee
2. Share experiences and achievements
3. Identify challenges and agree on priorities
4. Engage in envisioning session to imagine the future
5. Agree on main strategic directions for 2016- 2018
This event participated in by more than seventy (70) members of UAE NMC, CNOs and nursing leaders from all MOH, HAAD as well as DHA, DHCC as well as various other medical care entities.
The Council was established by a Cabinet resolution in 2009 to combine specifications of nursing as well as midwifery enrollment, education as well as practice, and also was officially launched in March 2010. Ever since, the Council, led by a representative board with subscription from all relevant regulative, healthcare as well as instructional bodies, has made significant success, with the payments of the members of these clinical boards.
