TownX Appoints Ocean Stone as Main Contractor for AED 662 Million Ashley Hills Project in Dubai
TownX, one of Dubai’s fastest-growing real estate developers with a portfolio valued at AED 4 billion, has announced the appointment of Ocean Stone as the main contractor for its flagship Ashley Hills project. Located in the heart of Arjan, the AED 662 million development spans over 400,000 square feet of sellable area and will feature 616 residential units.
Ocean Stone, a well-established construction firm with extensive experience in large-scale residential projects, will oversee the build, ensuring the delivery of high-quality homes tailored to families and investors.

Since its inception in 2017, TownX has delivered over 1,774 units and is currently developing 2,125 apartments. Notable completed projects include Easy18, Easy19, Luma21, and Luma22 in JVC, while ongoing developments feature 11 Hills Park in Dubai Science Park and Luma Park Views in JVC.
