Tanfeeth recognised for regional Advocacy for Best HR Practices at 2014 HR Summit and Expo

Tanfeeth, a fully-owned subsidiary of Emirates NBD, has been awarded the regional Advocacy for Best HR Practices distinction by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

SHRM, the worlds largest professional HR association recognised Tanfeeth for its innovative and industry-leading HR strategy and practices at the HR Excellence Awards Gala, recently held in Dubai. The event, part of the 2014 HR Summit and Expo, the Middle East's largest show dedicated to HR professionals in the region featured the latest innovation, strategies, insights and international best practices by the most influential and respected HR leaders and practitioners from around the globe.

Founded in 1948, SHRM is the worlds largest HR membership organisation devoted to human resource management, representing more than 275,000 members in over 160 countries.

Tanfeeth delivered several seminars during the 2014 HR Summit and Expo, with Hessa Al Ghurair receiving significant praise for innovative practices on Employee Engagement in a presentation titled From Engaged to Married.
