Tanfeeth receives international recognition for Learning and Development at HCM Excellence Awards

Tanfeeth, a fully-owned subsidiary of Emirates NBD, has been recognized with two leading awards at the prestigious Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards 2015, held in Orlando, USA. Among a competitive field of international peers, Tanfeeth won in the categories of Reduction in Learning and Underwriters Certification Program.

Now in its 21st year, the Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards is the first of its kind in the learning industry. Attendees from across the world, ranging in size and sector, across public, private and third-sector organizations, compete for the esteemed distinctions, which are respected and valued globally. Tanfeeths cutting-edge processes stood out by demonstrating best practice in delivering excellence in the respective categories.

Tanfeeth was singled out by a judging panel, comprising of industry experts in HR, for its commitment to developing and implementing initiatives, which reduce the learning curve of employees and cultivate in-house skills. Adhering to this program of developing talent has had proven benefits to Tanfeeths overall business, including a positive impact on productivity which has enhanced revenues.
