Salam and Emaar Executive for Information Technology Sign MoU to Advance Telecommunications and IT Collaboration
Salam, a prominent telecommunications provider in Saudi Arabia, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Emaar Executive for Information Technology. This strategic partnership aims to strengthen collaboration and explore opportunities in telecommunications and information technology, focusing on the design, development, and maintenance of advanced networks, security systems, and data centers.
The MoU details various collaborative efforts, including the development of network routing solutions, data center networks, video conferencing solutions, and wireless systems. It also covers comprehensive support and maintenance for data centers, including infrastructure preparation, security systems, and critical system connections. Salam will contribute by providing a suite of services such as internet and communication solutions, satellite services (VSAT), cybersecurity, cloud services, and managed voice services (SIP).
Eng. Ahmed Al-Anqari, CEO of Salam, emphasized the significance of this agreement, stating, "This partnership marks a crucial step in our collaboration with Emaar Executive for Information Technology. Together, we aim to deliver innovative telecommunications solutions that align with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, paving the way for pioneering projects in both the public and private sectors."
