His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) has directed the release of 110 prisoners incarcerated by the RAK Punitive and Correctional Establishment, arrested under various charges and each was serving their respective sentence.


The decision to excuse coincides with the introduction of Eid Al Adha; it mirrors H.H. Sheikh Saud's keenness to give these prisoners a second possibility at a brand-new life, as well as to reduce the difficulty on their families.
