In Pictures: Reliving Modhesh Worlds Exciting 11-Week Journey
The 2017 edition of Modhesh World, one of one of the most preferred interior edutainment destinations in the region, wrapped up after successfully running 11 straight weeks at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). The 18th edition of the interior park began on June 20th with the onset of Dubai Summer season Shocks (DSS) as an eight-week attraction,yet due to popular demand, it was later extended up until September 3 rd to accompany
the festive period of Eid Al Adha.
Over the weeks, the attractions - led by the ever-smiling and acquainted Modhesh mascot entertained visitors from across the globe with a selection of thrilling rides, edutainment workshops and other enjoyable activities hosted in an air-conditioned that extended 23,000 sqm. and filled 6 devoted dedicated at the DWTC.
Suhaila Saqer Obaid Ghubash, Director of Festivals and Events at the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), stated: "We are unbelievably thankful to the countless valued guests that saw Modhesh World over the weeks and spent quality time with the family members. I am very happy with the organisers and groups, including the volunteers, that worked tirelessly to making the 2017 edition of Modhesh World an unquestionable success. Though thisattraction was a seasonal affair, I believe Modhesh World delivers a classic message, and it is that life is about spending quality time with your liked ones and making fantastic memories together. I expect the following year, when Modhesh World will once again bring an all-new and an 'all-imaginative' world to its visitors."
The last day of Modhesh World was noted by the festive cheer of Eid Al Adha including in the exuberance of the park. In addition to the typical flights, testing games, live staged performances and a new food park, the final day saw a lucky winner walk away with the grand prize of a scholastic scholarship worth AED 25,000, and witnessed the singing experience, Hamdan Al Bloshi, do on phase to entertain guests and end this edition of Modhesh World.
