OMODA & JAECOO posts 178% global sales growth in June, surpasses 75,000 vehicle deliveries

OMODA & JAECOO continued its rapid global expansion in June 2026, recording a 178% year-on-year increase in vehicle sales as monthly deliveries once again exceeded the 75,000-unit mark, driven by strong demand for its new energy vehicles (NEVs) and intelligent mobility technologies.

The automotive brand delivered 75,102 vehicles worldwide during June, marking the second consecutive month that global sales have surpassed 75,000 units. Sales of new energy vehicles reached 56,188 units, representing an increase of approximately 310% compared with the same month last year.

During the first six months of 2026, OMODA & JAECOO recorded cumulative global sales of 379,110 vehicles, maintaining triple-digit annual growth as it moves towards its target of selling one million vehicles this year.

The company's global performance has also been reflected in the UAE, where it has surpassed 5,000 vehicle sales while continuing to expand its retail and aftersales network across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. The recent opening of its flagship showroom at Oasis Mall on Sheikh Zayed Road further strengthens the brand's presence in the Emirates.

A key contributor to the company's growth is its expanding portfolio of intelligent mobility technologies. OMODA & JAECOO's Super Hybrid System (SHS) combines high performance, low energy consumption and an extended driving range, making it well suited to the UAE's climate and long-distance driving requirements.

The company is also preparing to introduce its Super Intelligent Valet Parking (SIVP) technology in the UAE following successful demonstrations conducted in Dubai's extreme summer conditions. During testing, the vehicle autonomously searched for an available parking space, navigated around surrounding obstacles and completed the parking process without the driver inside the vehicle.

Designed for busy locations such as shopping malls, airports, office towers and urban centres, the technology combines automated parking with remote vehicle summoning, aiming to improve convenience and simplify everyday driving.

Shawn Xu, Chief Executive Officer of OMODA & JAECOO Automobile International, said the company's continued sales growth reflects growing consumer confidence in its intelligent mobility ecosystem.

He said the company remains focused on advancing electrification, intelligent driving and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies while expanding innovations such as Super Intelligent Valet Parking into key markets, including the UAE.

Beyond its vehicle portfolio, OMODA & JAECOO is also expanding its AI ecosystem through AiMOGA humanoid robotics, which adapts automotive perception, decision-making and motion-control technologies for applications across hospitality, retail, exhibitions and public services. The initiative supports the company's broader ambition to develop a global intelligent technology ecosystem while aligning with the UAE's smart city and AI strategies.

Looking ahead, the company is preparing for the global launch of the OMODA 4, featuring a next-generation AI-powered intelligent cockpit equipped with natural voice interaction and intelligent multi-scenario controls designed for digitally connected drivers.

As interest in football continues to grow ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2026, OMODA & JAECOO is also strengthening engagement with younger audiences through sports partnerships and community initiatives.

The company recently hosted its first Abu Dhabi Community Event under the theme "One Community. One Passion. One Drive.", bringing together more than 350 participants, including over 150 OMODA & JAECOO owners, for a community drive at Yas Marina Circuit followed by a football-themed watch party.
