National Bank of Oman launches pioneering initiative for potential female leaders - Women@NBO

National Bank of Oman ("NBO") has launched a brand-new effort, 'Women@NBO', to empower females in the workplace and develop a strong pipeline of prospective female leaders within the Bank.

NBO will invite approximately 50 skilled female staff members with the prospective to use up management roles within the Bank, from numerous branches and departments, to go to the inaugural 'Women@NBO' occasion hosted by the Bank's Chief Risk Officer (CRO), Salma Al Jaaidi, the very first female CRO in the Sultanate.
