Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub Launches Sky Support Complex to Meet Growing Aviation Sector Demand

The Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) at Dubai South has unveiled its new Sky Support Complex, a state-of-the-art facility designed to cater to the increasing demand for aviation-related services in the region.

Strategically located within the Aerospace Supply Chain Zone, the landside complex spans 16,661 square metres and features 14 premium units. The facility offers companies exceptional accessibility, operational flexibility, and advanced infrastructure, making it a prime location for aerospace and logistics businesses.

Firms operating in the Sky Support Complex will benefit from its bonded free zone status, allowing 100% foreign ownership, along with competitive advantages over other free zones, including adaptable warehouse, office, and commercial spaces tailored to diverse operational needs. Its proximity to Al Maktoum International Airport further enhances seamless connectivity and integration into the wider Dubai South ecosystem.

Mohammad Al Falasi, Deputy CEO of Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub, said:

“The sustained growth in the aviation sector and the rising demand for aviation-related services from regional and global companies have driven us to continue expanding our infrastructure. The launch of the Sky Support Complex is a direct response to this growing need, as we remain committed to delivering high-quality facilities that support our partners and contribute to Dubai’s position as a global aviation hub.”

MBRAH serves as a world-class free-zone destination for leading airlines, private jet operators, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) providers, and related industries. In addition to hosting maintenance centres and training campuses, the hub plays a pivotal role in advancing engineering capabilities and supporting Dubai’s vision of becoming a premier global aviation centre.
