Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs Organises Visit for Employees to Attend Family-Building Discussion
The Ministry of State for Federal National Council (FNC) Affairs has organised a see for government, semi-government, academic and private-sector employees to go to the FNC's 13th session of the 3rd common session in the 16th legal Chapter.
Hosted in collaboration with a number of government departments, and in conjunction the General Women's Union - the Ministry's tactical partner - 54 employees attended the session, committed to talking about the plans of the Ministry of Community Advancement in the area of family members structure. The session created part of the Ministry's continuous efforts to advertise political participation among all segments of society.
Amongst those taking part in the check out were workers from Fatima University of Health Sciences, Institute of Applied Technology, Emirates Steel, Abu Dhabi Airports, Emirates Facility for Strategic Studies and Research, Mubadala, Zakat Fund, Greater Company for Specialised Economic Areas, National Archives and the General Female's Union.
The program consisted of a tour of the FNC Museum, as well as discussions in the Thani bin Abdullah Hall to present the duty of the Ministry in advertising the society of political involvement amongst females. Discussing the Female's Political Empowerment Program, H.E. Aisha bin Samnouh, member of the FNC, discussed the crucial function of women in parliamentary life, claiming that they are the voice of the nation and an indispensable resource that serves the nation.

Dr Saeed Al Ghafli, Assistant Undersecretary at the Ministry of State for FNC Affairs, said: "The Ministry is devoted to enlightening all segments of society concerning the experience of the Federal National Council. H.E. Al Ghafli explained that the Women's Political Empowerment Programme. released by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, on the country's 34th National Day, has allowed Emirati ladies to proactively take part in political life. The program is a testimony to the confidence that our management areas in ladies, H.E. included, underlining the positive role of women in the national political system and in the decision-making process.
" The Ministry works to advertise the culture of political engagement amongst ladies through its programs and campaigns that seek to raise understanding of its duty," H.E. Al Ghafli said. "It also aims to highlight the civil liberties and flexibilities assured by the constitution, in addition to the duties it enforces."
H.E. noted that the UAE leadership has provided all types of support and empowerment to females, allowing them to think their complete function in society and to add to advancement and progression. With this long-term vision, ladies have actually been able to play a popular role in enhancing legislative life in the UAE, which supersedes the achievements of lots of various other nations in this area, H.E. Al Ghafli ended.
