The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation (MBRF) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Arab Publishers’ Association (APA) to strengthen collaboration in the publishing sector, with a focus on knowledge dissemination, translation, and intellectual property development across the Arab world.

The MoU was formalized at MBRF’s headquarters in Dubai by H.E. Jamal bin Huwaireb, CEO of MBRF, and Mohamed Rashad, President of APA. It marks a new phase of cooperation aimed at reinforcing publishing and distribution frameworks, supporting industry professionals, and promoting Arab literary output through modern platforms and innovative initiatives.
