Major Developers and Federal Engineering Consultants have announced significant progress on the highly anticipated Manta Bay project on Al Marjan Island. This AED 1 billion luxury development aims to redefine luxury living in Ras Al Khaimah, drawing architectural inspiration from the graceful manta ray and prioritizing sustainability.
