New developments include Franck Muller-branded waterfront residence, modern Dubai South apartments, and boutique living in JVC

In a significant move to reshape Dubai’s residential property landscape, London Gate, in collaboration with OCTA Properties, has announced the launch of three new residential projects across key areas of the city. This marks the duo’s second strategic partnership following the success of Vanguard by Franck Muller.

The collaboration was formalised at a signing ceremony held at the OCTA Properties Sales Centre, attended by top executives, including Eman Taha, CEO of London Gate, and Fawaz Sous, CEO of OCTA Properties.

One of the standout launches in this new slate is another Franck Muller-branded development, located in Dubai Maritime City. Inspired by luxury yacht aesthetics, the project will blend Swiss precision with waterfront elegance, continuing the legacy of high-end branded residences in Dubai.

The three residential projects include:

Dubai South: A design-focused community offering studios, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments with rooftop views and family-friendly amenities.
Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC): A boutique, low-rise development featuring elegantly crafted studios, 1- and 2-bedroom units with excellent connectivity to Dubai’s major districts.
Dubai Maritime City: A signature Franck Muller-branded residence celebrating maritime luxury, fusing refined design with a seafront lifestyle.

London Gate will act as the launching developer, while OCTA Properties has been appointed as the exclusive sales and marketing partner for all three developments.
