Kleindienst Group Launches AED1 Bn Marbella Resort Hotel Offering Coral Reef Diving and Year-Round Snow

Kleindienst Group, the master developer behind The Heart of Europe, has announced the launch of the Marbella Resort Hotel, Vignette Collection by IHG Hotels and Resorts, located on the World Islands, Dubai. This AED 1 billion five-star hotel is inspired by the Spanish resort town of Marbella and aims to bring the Costa Del Sol experience to the UAE with its Andalusian-inspired design.

The Marbella Resort Hotel features half a million square meters of nine different types of coral reefs housing over 30 types of fish. It also boasts a kilometer-long raining street that provides a cooling downpour every few minutes.

Guests can indulge in authentic European cuisine at one of the hotel's six restaurants, including Descanso, Casa Bougainville, The Citrus Gem, Arenda Dorada, Challet Sierra, and Carmen Amaya Bodega Bar. The hotel also offers wellness treatments at The Arabian Spa and a unique snow plaza for an added touch of charm.

Josef Kleindienst, Chairman of Kleindienst Group, expressed his enthusiasm about the launch: “The Marbella Resort Hotel, Vignette Collection is a testament to our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences while staying true to our sustainability goals. We envisioned a destination that provides a unique cultural escape with experiences that are authentically Spanish, right here in Dubai.”

The 150-key luxury hotel is IHG Hotels and Resorts’ first Vignette Collection property on the World Islands and features various accommodation options, including suites, chalets, and cabanas with views of the sea, the snow plaza, or the raining street. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities, such as beach parties, water sports, diving adventures, and snorkeling in private coral reefs.

The Marbella Resort Hotel is designed with sustainability in mind, utilizing 100% solar power, zero microplastic discharge policies, sustainable landscaping, and coral breeding techniques to aid in reef restoration and marine biodiversity conservation.
