Azizi Developments named Real Estate Developer of the Year at IPS Awards 2026

Azizi Developments has been named ‘Real Estate Developer of the Year’ at the International Property Show (IPS) Awards 2026, concluding its participation at the exhibition with AED 400 million in sales.

The award was presented by H.E. Dawood Al Shezawi, President of IPS and AIM Congress, and accepted on behalf of Azizi Developments by Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Group, and Fawad Azizi, Deputy Group CEO of Azizi Developments.

The recognition followed the developer's participation in the 22nd edition of the International Property Show, held from September 7 to 9 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

AED 400 million in sales recorded

Alongside receiving the industry award, Azizi Developments reported AED 400 million in sales during its two-day participation at the exhibition.

The developer showcased several projects at the event, including its flagship Burj Azizi, the master-planned communities Azizi Riviera and Azizi Venice, as well as Azizi Florence, its newly launched master-planned community in Sharjah.

Investor activity was supported by commercial incentives offered during the event, including a 4% discount and a tailored 20/80 payment plan across qualifying developments.

Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Group, said the recognition reflected the efforts of the company's stakeholders, including its construction, engineering and site teams.

IPS brings together global property investors

The 22nd edition of the International Property Show brought together more than 300 exhibitors and an estimated 30,000 visitors, providing a platform for real estate transactions and cross-border property investment.

Azizi Developments' participation highlighted its portfolio of projects across Dubai and Sharjah, as the developer continues to showcase its developments to investors and property buyers in the UAE and international markets.
