IPS 2025 to Open Tomorrow at Dubai World Trade Centre, Organised by Dubai Land Department

The 21st edition of the International Property Show (IPS 2025) is set to commence tomorrow, Monday, April 14, at the Dubai World Trade Centre, under the organization of the Dubai Land Department (DLD). The event reflects Dubai’s ongoing commitment to establishing itself as a premier global hub for innovative, sustainable, and competitive real estate development in line with the goals outlined in the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033.

Majid Al Marri, CEO of the Real Estate Registration Sector at DLD and Chairman of the IPS Organizing Committee, emphasized that IPS 2025 is a strategic initiative to support the sustainability of the real estate sector. He said, “Dubai Land Department’s organization of IPS 2025 reflects its strategic commitment to advancing the sustainability of the real estate sector and fostering greater integration across its various components. Aligned with the objectives of the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033, the exhibition serves as a comprehensive platform that unites key local and international stakeholders in real estate investment.”

Global Participation and Diverse Agenda

The exhibition will welcome over 500 international delegates from countries including Ecuador, Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Mexico, India, the United States, and Panama. Additionally, more than 300 exhibitors are confirmed to participation, representing nations such as the UAE, the United States, Indonesia, Mexico, Poland, Greece, China, Spain, Georgia, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Oman.

Comprehensive Three-Day Program

The IPS 2025 agenda spans three days and features activities organized under five thematic pillars:

In addition to the core exhibition, IPS 2025 will also host:

The event will include country pavilions, an investor zone, and a Startup & PropTech competition, with multiple memoranda of understanding (MoUs) expected to be signed during the exhibition.
