DAMAC Properties, a main extravagance land designer in the region, has been recently granted the 'Property Developer of the Year UAE 2019' by the International Business Magazine Awards.

The International Business Magazine Awards was designed and developed to perceive extraordinary work all around and across industry sectors. After thorough assessment and performance evaluations, the Judging Group of qualified professionals and industry specialists chose the winners.

For DAMAC, deliveries were begun in the first half of the year of 1,500 units and contracts awards totaled over AED 480 million.
