Bringing over two decades of international experience from Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury resorts, Chef Henry is set to redefine the culinary landscape of these prestigious properties.

Chef Henry’s appointment marks a strategic move to elevate the guest experience through exceptional dining and wellness-driven cuisine. Known for his innovative approach and operational leadership, he has previously contributed to globally recognized hospitality brands such as Aman Resorts, Six Senses, W Hotels, and Lux Resorts. His extensive portfolio includes concept development, restaurant openings, and leading culturally diverse teams.

In his new role, Chef Henry will oversee the culinary direction across both InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay and Kimpton Dubai, with a key focus on the conceptualisation and development of Kimpton Dubai’s restaurants and bars. He aims to deliver a culinary experience that blends global inspiration with local authenticity, all while maintaining a strong emphasis on sustainability and wellbeing.
