Imdaad to focus green initiatives at Dubai Winter Festival

Imdaad, a leading supplier of integrated Facilities and Environment solutions in the GCC, has revealed its involvement in the Dubai Winter Festival (DWF) to be held from December 17 to 19, 2015 at the Dubai World Trade Center. As the box workplace sponsor of the occasion, the business will display its environmental activities under Be'ati, which is an important element of the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.

Imdaad and Be'ati will be tossing the spotlight on Khaddour, the fun-loving green leaf character, as part of a curriculum arranged for DWF. Khaddour will be treating the kids to a fun-filled afternoon with a live efficiency at the Main Stage of the place at 5:15 pm on all 3 days of the event. In a series of vibrant and amusing games, Khaddour will reveal youngsters how they can play a more active role to the conservation of natural deposits. A number exciting activities awaits the guests together with thrilling prizes that will also be handed out with other goodie bags.

Throughout DWF, Khaddour will wander the occasion place to fulfill kids and inform them on the importance of recycling and the international efforts to protect the environment. Khaddour is an essential component of Imdaad's flagship CSR program, Be'ati, which means 'My Environment.' Be'ati was introduced in 2009 to improve awareness on key ecological issues dealing with the world and the importance of waste segregation amongst kids. The program was established to cultivate environmentally friendly values to 30,000 students aged four to six.

DWF is currently on its fourth year and is considered to be the largest weekend occasion of the joyful season. The occasion will feature a host of amazing activities and efficiencies in line with the season's festivities such as the Christmas tree lighting, pantomime, ice skating rink and more. DWF will host a large number of exhibitors showing a large range of items and a choice of dining establishments that visitors can delight in.
