HH Sheikh Hasher Bin Maktoum Al Maktoum Opens CABSAT 2018
His Highness Sheikh Hasher Bin Maktoum Al Maktoum, Director General of Dubai's Department of Information, today opened CABSAT 2018 - the conclusive event for broadcast, satellite and entertainment content sectors throughout the Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA).
